By accessing or using FleetYaar (website, web app, or mobile app), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. FleetYaar is operated by Server Side Logics (“we”, “us”).

Service

We provide SaaS software for car rental and taxi fleet businesses to manage vehicles, bookings, customers, drivers, rates, reports, ledger entries, and optional public booking storefronts. Features, plans, and limits may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of fleet, customer, driver, and booking data they enter, and for complying with transport, rental, tax, and other laws applicable to their business.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans, trials, renewals, and package limits are shown at signup and in your subscription dashboard. Payments may be collected online through our payment gateway partner and/or by bank transfer as described on the subscription page. Fees are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.

Your data & storefront

You retain ownership of the business content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the service. If you enable a public storefront, you are responsible for what customers see and for handling their booking requests lawfully.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious or unlawful content, interfere with other users, or use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not a party to rental contracts between business owners and their customers. You are solely responsible for pricing, insurance, vehicle condition, driver compliance, and rental decisions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes relating to FleetYaar will be subject to the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
