FleetYaar (“we”, “us”) is a car rental and taxi fleet management software product operated by Server Side Logics in Pakistan. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our website, web app, and mobile app.
Information we collect
- Account details when you register or log in (name, email, phone, business name, and related profile fields).
- Authentication data such as passwords (stored hashed), email/phone verification, and optional Google sign-in identifiers.
- Operational data you enter: vehicles, drivers, customers, bookings, rates, documents you upload (for example CNIC or license images), notes, and ledger entries.
- Storefront / public booking data submitted by end customers of a business owner (name, phone, booking details, and related fields).
- Billing and subscription information (plan, billing period, payment status, order references). Card/wallet details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored in full on our servers.
- Contact form submissions and support messages.
- Technical logs (IP address, device/browser type, timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve FleetYaar, operate subscriptions and billing, process bookings and storefront requests, send transactional notices (such as OTP or account alerts), respond to support, prevent fraud/abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We may share data with:
- Hosting, email, SMS, analytics, and security providers who help us run the service under confidentiality obligations.
- Payment gateways / banks (for example PayFast or bank-transfer verification) to collect and confirm subscription payments.
- The relevant business owner’s storefront visitors — only information that owner chooses to display publicly.
Business owners are responsible for the customer and driver data they collect in their accounts and for complying with applicable privacy laws for their own rental operations.
Retention & security
We retain account and operational data while the account is active and as reasonably needed for billing, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to legal and operational retention needs (for example completed billing records). Storefront end customers should contact the rental business that collected their data for most operational requests.
